Not yet? Here’s your chance to wine and dine on world-famous cuisine prepared by household-name chefs. Coming earlier than ever before, the annual star-studded Vegas Uncork’d is a perfect complement to the city’s star-studded strip. Julian Serrano? Check. Emeril Lagasse? Check. Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Hubert Keller, and Michael Mina? Check, check, and pass the foie gras, please.

“This is truly the only weekend each year when world-class chefs gather in one destination to host intimate dinners where they push culinary innovation and mix and mingle with their fans and peers,” says Adam Rapoport, Bon Appétit editor-in-chief.

  • To start, there’s the Chefs' Counter: All-Star Feast. It’s a perennial favorite where guests will kick off the weekend by mingling with culinary superstars as they take over The Buffet at ARIA on April 23.

  • Additionally, new events this year include Prime Time with Jean-Georges Vongerichten inside his Bellagio steakhouse, and an Italian Brunch with Julian Serrano at Lago, also at Bellagio—among others.

  • And there will of course be an abundance of tastings and pairings: the California Chardonnay and Pinot Noir: A Tasting of Balance at Bellagio, for instance, and Indulge and Imbibe: A Hakkasan Wine & Food Experience at MGM Grand.

The three-day, Bon Appétit-sponsored event is now a little over a month away, but there’s still time to score last-minute seats at a few events that haven’t yet sold out.
